On October 25, the cumulative power generation capacity of Huidong company of Sichuan Energy Investment Corporation crossed the 4 billion mark, contributing 4.003 billion kwh of clean energy to the society, equivalent to saving more than 1.3 million tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by more than 3.2 million tons.

Sichuan Energy Investment Wind Power Huidong Company has recorded 2,298 days of continuous safe operation. The firm continues to promote standardization, standardization and refinement management, and constantly improving the production management norms and standards. Active communication occurs with the dispatching department to minimize power rationing while forecast of wind power and wind speed is used to reasonably arrange maintenance and repair work to reduce the extent of power loss as much as possible. The management of fan equipment is strengthened, operation parameters are continuously optimized, a fan fault analysis team has been set up to carry out special analysis and treatment for easy, frequent and difficult faults, so as to reduce the frequency and duration of unit failure and improving the generating efficiency of the unit.

In 2019,the grid power supply area of Sichuan Energy Investment covered 18 million people in 31 counties (districts) of Sichuan Province, with annual sales of more than 20 billion kilowatt hours; 174 hydropower stations have a total installed capacity of 9.26 million kilowatts;the total installed capacity of wind power,photo-voltaic and other new energy fields and distributed power generation projects is more than 5.1 million kilowatts;gas energy serves 450,000 residents in more than 50 counties (cities,districts) in Sichuan and industrial and commercial gas users,the annual transmission and distribution of natural gas is more than 3 billion cubic meters.(By Edina Liang)
