10月31日，成都東部新區(qū)與日本NLN公司簽約NLN國(guó)際信息服務(wù)中心項(xiàng)目投資協(xié)議。雙方將合力打造國(guó)際信息交流中心和人才培訓(xùn)基地。
On October 31st,Chengdu Eastern New Area signed an investment agreement with NLN Corporation of Japan for the NLN International Information Service Center project.Both sides will work together to create an international information exchange center and a talent training base.

日本NLN公司成立于1995年，公司業(yè)務(wù)主要為全球網(wǎng)絡(luò)、機(jī)械、醫(yī)療、金融等全業(yè)態(tài)呼叫服務(wù)，其主要股東光通信株式會(huì)社，在日本信息通信領(lǐng)域處于領(lǐng)先地位。
NLN Corporation of Japan was established in 1995,with its main business covering global network,machinery,healthcare,finance and other full business call services.Its main shareholder,Optical Communication Co.,Ltd.,holds a leading position in the field of information and communication in Japan.
根據(jù)協(xié)議內(nèi)容，日本NLN公司將投資8億元，在成都東部新區(qū)建設(shè)國(guó)際信息服務(wù)中心，重點(diǎn)業(yè)務(wù)包含全渠道聯(lián)絡(luò)中心服務(wù)、人力資源服務(wù)、營(yíng)業(yè)廳管理服務(wù)、HRO-SAAS服務(wù)、IT運(yùn)維服務(wù)、IT技術(shù)服務(wù)等；打造人才培訓(xùn)基地，聚焦產(chǎn)學(xué)深度合作，采取課程定制化設(shè)置、委托定向就業(yè)、語(yǔ)言培訓(xùn)等模式，聯(lián)動(dòng)成都東部新區(qū)高校資源，提供就業(yè)崗位，為新區(qū)提人氣聚流量，每年完成FDI不低于2000萬(wàn)美元。
According to the agreement,NLN Corporation of Japan will invest 800 million yuan to build an international information service center in Chengdu Eastern New Area.Its key businesses include omnichannel contact center services,human resource services,business hall management services,HRO-SAAS services,IT operation and maintenance services,IT technology services,etc.It will also create a talent training base,focus on deep cooperation between industry and academia,adopt customized curriculum settings,commissioned targeted employment,language training,and other models,link with the resources of universities in Chengdu Eastern New Area,provide employment opportunities,and increase the popularity and traffic of the new area.The annual completion of FDI is not less than 20 million US dollars.

當(dāng)天，日本NLN公司還與湖南建工集團(tuán)簽署國(guó)際信息服務(wù)中心配套服務(wù)合作協(xié)議，湖南建工集團(tuán)將在成都東部新區(qū)開(kāi)展基建業(yè)務(wù)，為NLN國(guó)際信息服務(wù)中心項(xiàng)目提供配套服務(wù)。
On the same day,NLN Corporation of Japan also signed an international information service center supporting service cooperation agreement with Hunan Construction Engineering Group.Hunan Construction Engineering Group will carry out infrastructure business in Chengdu Eastern New Area and provide supporting services for the NLN international information service center project.

Based on the signing of this project,Chengdu Eastern New Area will also promote deep cooperation with NLN Corporation of Japan in international information exchange,talent training,commercial complex operation,and conduct in-depth negotiations with Hunan Construction Engineering Group on the construction of the Southwest Headquarters and high-end talent support.
